4 Amazingly Healthy Weight-loss Recipes (What I Eat in a Day)




In this (what i eat in a day video) im sharing with you healthy weight loss recipes that are very easy to make and are incredibly delicious. I made a smoothie bowl, oatmeal protein bites, vegetable quesadillas, and Brussel sprouts salad. i obviously do not eat these same healthy recipes everyday, but they are just examples of healthy recipes i eat sometimes in a day. All these recipes are vegan friendly as well, you just have to omit the meat. So i hope you guys enjoy my what i eat in a day video! Be sure to subscribe!!!

(smoothie Bowl)
1/2 cup Almond milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup protein powder of your choice

(Oatmeal energy bites)
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup ground sunflower seeds

(vegetable quesodillas) makes 4….serves two people
1 medium green and yellow zucchini
1 medium onion
1 medium red bell pepper
salt and pepper
4 whole wheat tortillas
mozzarella cheese

(Brussel sprout salad) Serves two
1lb brussel sprouts
salt and pepper
1tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs maple syrup
1/3 cup pecans
1/3 cup dried cranberries
blue cheese
