granola recipe for kids & adults, learn to make granola on tawa (no oven) – easy and healthy snack recipes
ingredients:
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 of dried coconut
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil (plus 1 tsp to fry the seeds)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup poha/aval
10-12 dates
5 slices of dried kiwi (optional)
1/4 cup dried unsweetened cherries
1/4 cup dried black grapes
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder (check my cinnamon tea video to know which cinnamon you should be using).
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp coconut sugar or grated jaggery/palm sugar/maple syrup etc
1 tsp coconut oil and 1/4 cup musk melon seeds – I forgot to fry them first hence I did this later in the video.
Store the granola in an airtight container.
